The Bardejov spa offers curative as well as relax/wellness stays. It treats diseases of digestive organs and secretory glands, non-tuberculous respiratory diseases, circulatory diseases, and climacteric syndrome. We can send you the exact list of the treated indications on your request. Bardejov spa is situated 5 kilometers from the historic center of Bardejov, encircled by forested hills of the Low Beskydy Mountains. The spa atmosphere is soaked with history, which is reflected not only in the historical building of the hotel Astória from the end of the 19. century, or the statue of an old spa guest - princess Sissi in the park, but also in the open-air museum of folk architecture of the Šariš region, which offers a good insight into country life in the eastern Slovakia in the second half of the 19. century. There is an opportunity for skiing directly in the spa area in winter time. Ski lift is situated only 300 m from the hotel Astória. In summer time the spa guests can visit the outside swimming pool with thermal water, which is located only 100 m from the hotel Astória. There is also a bike rental as well as facilities and equipment for playing tennis, table tennis, maxichess, volleyball and miniature golf in the area of the spa. Provided treatment procedures: to the most important procedures belong drinking treatments from 8 different springs with mineralization from 1,6 to 10g/l. To other procedures belong – classical massage, underwater massage, scottish spritzers, finish sauna, whirlpool bath, mineral bath, diathermie, diatron, magnetotherapy, solux, healing ultrasound, acupuncture, reflex massage, gas injections, parafin wraps, etc. The hotel is one of the nicest buildings in the spa. It is situated in the center of the spa resort, only 30 m from colonnade (healing springs). It is connected with corridors to the Treatment house and the hotel OZÓN. This hotel has its own restaurant, coffeehouse with terrace, saloon (12 people), concert hall (80 people), hotel safe and permanent medical care. The price of a relax stay includes accommodation, half-board, 10 procedures per week + 3 drinking cures a day. The price of a curative stay includes accommodation, full board, medical examination and 2,5 healing procedures per day in average. Minimum length of a stay is 6 days. The price of accommodation includes breakfast for 1 person (also in 1 room). The price is calculated on a room. Spa/local tax of 15,- Sk/day is charged extra at the arrival.
