Patince is situated in the southeastern part of the Podunajska lowland in the elevation of aprox. 105 to 110 m above the sea level. It is the southest town in Slovakia. The recreation park covers around 30 ha and is thanks to its thermal pools and other natural as well as other attractions a popular destination for many tourists from Slovakia and abroad. There are three mineral springs nearby the town of Patince with high content of hydrocarbonate, calcium, magnesium and sulphur. Thermal spring in the recreation park has a temperature of 27oC and positive healing effects on locomotive organs and its diseases. Besides three swimming pools the visitors can also enjoy a waterslide and artificially built lake, which is especially good for water sports, boating, water biking or fishing. Sport fans can use miniature golf or tenis courts directly in the recreation area. For pleasant evenings disco bars, open air amphiteater or fire places are available. There is a pool and sauna world as well as services of aromatherapy, kneipp’s bath, sun meadow, massage, cosmetics, PRO SPA – body cosmetics, tub baths, whirlpool, sitz bath, finish, steam or herb sauna and arctic room available in the house. Accomodation in the hotel**** is available in comfortably equipped double rooms with possibility of an extra bed and luxurious apartments. All rooms are air conditioned and have own bathroom and toilet, TV, telephone, fridge with minibar, safe and balcony. There is a nice restaurant with a summer terrace in the hotel.
